I want some lunch box ideas for someone who is drivers and do not always eat at the wheel of a truck too. More than just sandwiches. I also want it to be healthy. He is diabetic, so we try to stay away from bread. Ideas?

My friend and I travel a lot and units for life. Believe it or not, think about Thanksgiving dinner. Sliced beef, mashed potato, corn cobs, they are all great things for someone on the street a lot. Many vegetables and is also good. You can roll or something growing. Salads and cold pasta salad potatoes. Or a salad on your own. each of them last very long and great, if you really are hungry.
